Question by Sophia Smith: I'd remember, wouldn't I?

Hello! I need some advice, please!
A couple months ago I went to a small get-together, and I got drunk. A few rum drinks, beers, a shot of tequila and a glass of champagne. Later I wound up alone in the den with a man who wanted to have sex. We were talking about our plans for the New Year, and I think he asked me if sex was in my plans. I remember feeling uncomfortable, and attempting to change the subject. I don't remember having sex. I'm not sure how long we were in the den, but I am aware that when the host & hostess realized we were alone together, knowing that I'm a virgin and proud of it, they sent their three dogs in to "interrupt," and after the dogs came in, the man left the room.
I was in a fog, but I do remember a lot of things that happened that night. I remembered some things in the morning, and I've remembered other things as I've been reminded of them. I remember who I talked to and most of what we talked about. Also, though I was drunk, I was able to feel sensations. I remember feeling queasy and dizzy, and I remember feeling wet after I went out back in a downpour to throw up.
I don't remember having sex, nor do I remember feeling any discomfort or pain (or pleasure). I was out of it, but if I remember that much, I'd also remember something as important as having sex for the first time, wouldn't I?
